【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofportableelectricheatingtoolsandsimilarappliances,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Appliancesthatmayalsobeusedwhenmountedonasupportarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnotingeneraltakeintoaccount–theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;–playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthemotorizednozzleusedwithhouseholdorcommercialvacuumcleanersystems,thatis,combinationcleaners.Thistestmethodprovidesatestfordeterminingoperatingmotorlifeinhoursbyanacceleratedlaboratoryprocedure.Themotorsaretestedwhilemountedandoperatedinthemotorizednozzle.Thistestmethodcoversonlythemotorizednozzle.Thesystemusedtoprovidetheairflowsourceisnotunderconsideration.Thistestmethodislimitedtothedeterminationofmotorlifeforanelectricallypoweredhouseholdorcommercialmotorizednozzle.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
