【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationdefinesthosecharacteristicsthatarerequiredofadhesivestobeusedintherepairofsandwichpanelsfordurable,rigidwall,relocatablestructures.1.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwo-partepoxyadhesivesuitableforbondingaluminumalloyfacingstononmetalliccoreandcoretocoreintherepairofdurablerigidwallrelocatablestructures.Theadhesiveshallbesuitableforformingbondsthatwillwithstandexposuretotemperaturesfrom-54to93176;C(-65to199176;F)andhighrelativehumidityandwillalsowithstandthecombinationsofstress,temperature,andrelativehumiditythatareexpectedtobeencounteredinservice.Theadhesiveshallalsobesuitableforthebondingofpanelinsertsandedgeattachments.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardwhereonlySIunitsaregiven,orwhereSIunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbyinch-poundunits;whereinch-poundunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbySIunits,theinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsdescribedinthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
