【摘要】:ThispartofISO21549isapplicabletosituationsinwhichsuchdataarerecordedonortransportedbypatienthealthcaredatacardscompliantwiththephysicaldimensionsofID-1cardsdefinedbyISO7810.ThispartofISO21549specifiesthebasicstructureofthedatacontainedwithinthedataobjectextendedclinicaldata,butdoesnotspecifyormandateparticulardata-setsforstorageondevices.Inordertofacilitateinteroperability,wheneveranapplicationisbuiltforuseinthehealthcaredomainincompliancewithISO21549,dataitemsrequiredforthatapplicationshallbedrawnfromthelistofobjects(someofwhichareextensible)asprovidedinClauses6and7.TheseshallthenbeusedinconjunctionwithotherdatadefinedinotherpartsofISO21549.ThedetailedfunctionsandmechanismsofthefollowingservicesarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO21549,(althoughitsstructurescanaccommodatesuitabledataobjectsspecifiedelsewhere):?theencodingoffreetextdata;?securityfunctionsandrelatedservices,whicharelikelytobespecifiedbyusersfordatacardsdependingontheirspecificapplication,forexample:confidentialityprotection,dataintegrityprotection,andauthenticationofpersonsanddevicesrelatedtothesefunctions;?accesscontrolservices,whichmaydependonactiveuseofsomedatacardclassessuchasmicroprocessorcards;?theinitializationandissuingprocess(whichbeginstheoperatinglifetimeofanindividualdatacard,andbywhichthedatacardispreparedforthedatatobesubsequentlycommunicatedtoitaccordingtothispartofISO21549).ThefollowingtopicsarethereforebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO21549:?physicalorlogicalsolutionsforthepracticalfunctioningofparticulartypesofdatacards;?howthemessageisprocessedfurther“downstream”oftheinterfacebetweentwosystems;?theformwhichdatatakesforuseoutsidethedatacard,orthewayinwhichsuchdataarevisiblyrepresentedonthedatacardorelsewhere.
