【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversprocedurestoobtainparticlesizedistribution,chemicalclassification,andE45ratingsofinclusionsinsteelsusinganautomatedscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)withX-rayanalysisandautomaticimageanalysiscapabilities.1.2Therearethreediscretemethodsdescribed.Method1istheSEManalogofE1122,whichusesimageanalysisandlightmicroscopytoproduceautomatedE45ratings.Method2producessimilarratingsbasedpredominantlyonsortinginclusionsbychemistryintothetraditionalclassesdefinedinE45.Method3isrecommendedwhenexplicitdetailisneededonparticularinclusiontypes,notnecessarilydefinedinE45,suchastoverifythecompositionofinclusionsininclusion-engineeredsteel.Method3reportsstereologicalparameterssuchasvolumeornumberfraction,ratherthanE45typeratings.1.3Thistestmethoddealsonlywiththerecommendedtestmethodsandnothinginitshouldbeconstruedasdefiningorestablishinglimitsofacceptabilityforanygradeofsteelorotheralloywherethemethodisappropriate.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Valuesinparenthesesareconversionsandareapproximate,andforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
